Currently all orders are shipping within 2-3 business days (Mon - Fri)

and may take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped.

Rush ordering is available for an additional fee.

REFUND/TERMS POLICY

Order cancellations will be granted ONLY if requested within 24 hours of placing the order, with the exception of rush orders, custom orders, and orders that have already begun production. After 24 hours have passed, all sales are final and there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

Our production time is posted on the main page and in multiple places throughout our site to make sure that it is visible. For this reason, refunds will not be issued (unless requested within 24 hours of order being placed).

 

If you need your order to arrive sooner, we offer rush service under the RUSH ORDER link for an additional fee. You must give a date that you need in hand by. *Please note that for rush orders your order will be moved to the top of our current production list. This order will take 1-2 business days (Mon - Fri) to produce and could take between 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. If we are unable to fill your order in your need by time we will contact you and issue you a refund.

Personalization for items that require it must be typed into the required boxes. If the name/age/etc. is not left in the required boxes, we will send one message via email to attempt to obtain the information. If we do not receive a reply, the item will be made exactly like the first photo in the listing you purchased, but with no name. No refunds will be given if this is not what you intended to purchase.

Please be aware that, when different colors are requested, fabric/ribbon/prints/patterns your final product may vary from those used in the original listing. (Ex. Listing shows a shirt with a green polka dot number and you request us to change the number to pink. We will try to do a pink polka dot number but, if this is not possible, you may receive a pink damask number.) We do try to keep them similar, but that's not always possible. If you want a certain pattern used, you MUST specify that in the order box during checkout. If you do not specify that you want a specific pattern and decide that you are unhappy with the pattern I use, there will be no refunds/remakes/exchanges. All elements of our work, including but not limited to fabrics, fonts, patterns, colors, ribbons, trims, etc., are subject to availability and may be substituted when necessary and without notice. Substitutions will always be as similar as possible to the item pictured.

Measurements given on size charts are approximate and may vary slightly. The sizing on plain shirts/bodysuits may be marked differently than the ruffle shirts/bodysuits, but the measurements will be very similar.

If you receive your package and a mistake has been made on our part, you must notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of package delivery so that we can promptly correct the situation.

All items are custom manufactured to your specifications. We hold no license rights and can accept no liability for copyright or trademark infringement on designs submitted to us by you and manufactured for you. By submitting a design of a copy or trademarked item to us, you warrant that you have been authorized by the trademark owner, or its agents or representatives, to have that design manufactured by us on your behalf.

REMOVING OLD WORK:

We do not remove older monograms because it’s a time-intensive process and our time is better served creating beautiful embroidery. If you have an item on which you’re wanting to remove the monogram, please contact us and we will share recommendations and give you advice on the appropriate tools.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEMS;

Should you want to supply your own items to be embroidered you will need to sign a waiver understanding that items can become damaged in the embroidery process by the computer-driven embroidery machines. Mama Bear Embroidery accepts no liability of damage and we will not replace the item. The item will be returned to you at no charge. Problems do not arise often, but you must be aware of the possibility.

 

All items supplied to us MUST be freshly laundered. Any item not freshly laundered will be charged a $45 cleaning fee for EACH item before it is put on to any machine to be embroidered.
